What happens when you submit your resume?

When you submit your resume and related information, we recognize that you do so in the strictest confidence and only for the purpose of potential employment. We do not disclose your pursuit of another position unless you have given your permission. Candidates pay no fees for our services as all our fees are paid by our client companies.

After reviewing your resume we will respond to you. If we believe that we can help you, we will ask to interview you. The purpose of the interview is to meet you and learn more about your position history, specific skills, qualifications and your career goals. We will ask you to complete an application prior to the interview and to provide the information for references. We will not perform any reference checks until we have completed the initial interview and have your permission to proceed.

After our initial interview, we will take into consideration your career goals and will present opportunities that closely match your career aspirations. We will not submit your resume without first having your approval and verifying that you have an interest in pursuing the position.

When we send you on an interview, we will prepare you for the interview so the interview will be as productive as possible.

After the interview, we will follow-up with you to ascertain your thoughts on the position and to answer any questions you may have regarding the position or the company.
